Service Access

• You are responsible for lawful use of the app and uploaded content.
• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or security risks.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed through your Apple account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in App Store settings.
• Trial availability and eligibility are determined by Apple and billing providers.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you upload, and you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use that content. The app, brand, and related software are owned by Black Pear Studio.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Pear Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the service.
